  • I accidentally entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Don't worry, these things happen! If you have entered the wrong address, please send us an email at info@seaside-montessori.com to let us know.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change your address.

  • I just placed my order, what now?

Great! We hope you love our products as much as we do! You should receive your confirmation email within the next hour (please also check your spam folder if you have never received an email from us before).

If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, please send us a message with your name and order number to info@seaside-montessori.com.

  • Can I cancel/change my order after I have placed it?

As long as the order has not been processed, you can change your order and we will do everything in our power to fulfill your request.

However, we process orders very quickly, so make sure to contact us as soon as possible.

  • How long does shipping take?

Once your items have been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email and a tracking number, which you can simply enter here.
