Hi, I’m Mirelki, the heart behind Seaside-Montessori.

Growing up in Cuba with limited resources, I developed a deep appreciation for creativity and the magic of hands-on learning. As a child, I didn’t have many toys, but I learned that with a little imagination and the right tools, children can unlock endless possibilities. This belief has stayed with me my entire life.

After completing my engineering studies and living across Italy and Germany with my husband, my perspective on life and education shifted dramatically when I became a mother to two wonderful girls. Like every parent, I wanted to give my kids the best start in life—a journey filled with joy, discovery, and meaningful growth. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for education and was drawn to the Montessori method, a philosophy that combines nurturing independence, respect for nature, and hands-on exploration.
